Step 1: log material selection and segmentation

good wood can produce a good floor, and log quality is very important to floor quality. The quality control of a good brand starts from the selection of logs. Good wood is the basis for producing high-quality flooring

Step 2: log rotary cutting and drying

this process is used to process the solid wood core board of the base material of multi-layer solid wood composite floor. The quality of the base material solid wood core board is inseparable from the quality of the finished floor. The thickness of the solid wood core board cut by rotary cutting is about 1.5mm, and it needs a period of time to dry after rotary cutting

Step 3: solid wood core board sorting

in order to ensure the quality of each floor, regular manufacturers usually only choose solid wood core boards with uniform thickness, moderate thickness, no defects and no fractures as the floor substrate, and the full-time sorter selects the floor substrate

Step 4: core board gluing arrangement board

Professional gluing equipment can ensure uniform gluing amount and improve gluing efficiency. The original stretching direction of wood fiber can be changed by arranging 8-10 layers of thin solid wood core boards with glue in an orderly crisscross and layered manner and bonding them together. It is this step that completely improves the limitations of wet expansion and dry shrinkage of solid wood

Step 5: core board hot pressing and gluing

hot pressing is an important process in the production process of solid wood composite floor, which is directly related to the quality of finished floor products. The hot pressing equipment used in large factories is relatively advanced, and the production management personnel monitor the whole process, so the product quality is relatively stable

Step 6: base material fixed thickness sanding

large fixed thickness sanding machine is used to sanding the surface and bottom of the floor base material, which can ensure the flatness and smoothness of the board surface, improve the accuracy of the product, and provide a reliable guarantee for the pressing and pasting of the veneer of precious tree species on the decorative surface

Step 7: substrate sorting and curing

after the preliminary processing, the floor substrate should be carefully sorted by a specially assigned person to remove the unqualified products. After high temperature and high pressure, there is a large internal stress in the substrate, which needs to be kept for about 15 to 20 days to release this internal stress, so as to make the substrate balance and stable. This process is called health preservation

Step 8: solid wood veneer selection

multi layer solid wood composite flooring is mostly used in the dry environment in the north, so the dimensional stability is the key. In order to prevent cracking and other phenomena in the dry heating season, the precious wood seed veneers on the surface of large brand solid wood composite flooring are selected one by one by professional quality inspectors, and the moisture content is strictly controlled

Step 9: floor slab forming

apply a single piece of selected wood veneer with environmental protection glue on the floor substrate, and then enter the advanced hot press for hot pressing, that is, make a qualified multi-layer solid wood composite floor slab

Step 10: floor slab curing

because the floor substrate is pasted with decorative veneer and then hot pressed, a large internal stress is generated in the slab. Such floor slab needs to be kept in a constant temperature and humidity balanced curing warehouse for about 20 days, so as to ensure more stable floor quality

step 11: floor cutting and slotting

after curing, the slab will be cut and formed by slotting equipment. The quality of slotting is of great significance to the splicing of finished floors. Therefore, most large domestic enterprises have introduced cutting equipment imported from Germany to ensure quality

Step 12: paint spraying, drying and finalization

the floor after grooving will pass through the paint spraying equipment. After eight coats of primer and four coats of finish paint, the surface paint of the finished floor will be moist and tough. After that, only sorting and packaging are needed to end the whole production process
